The past 10 years has found us caught up in the “Condo Madness” in downtown Chicago and in that time we've experienced everything from rehabbing existing timbered-framed buildings to cast in place concrete structure with post tension cables. We have worked with some of the most aggressive general contractors in the Chicago Area and have had no problem keeping up with their schedule. Recently we've branched out our operations to the west due to the current “Recession.” The “Condo Madness” has transformed into the “Assisted Living and Apartment Madness.” We are fully prepared to deal with an ever-changing economy, and to “Follow the Work.”
